Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2841355.
Drain blocked outside 24 Albion Street. It has been blocked for over 2 years, multiple times they have sent contractors out to clean it but they only sucked out the top of it. There must be a blockage in the pipes underneath the road. This drain is only 2 foot from the front door and the whole road floods causing damage to several houses down that street.
