Rainfall today shows the blocked drains ignored by lincolnshire highways. This has been reported before but the reports have conveniently disappeared like many, many other reports you choose to ignore, even with picture evidence.

Our county councillor is not carrying out poor repairs and ignoring regular required maintenance. The buck stops with you. Don't try and shift the blame of your laziness and shoddiness onto someone else.
