  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because this drain is due to be cleansed on our cyclical programme in the next couple of months. We will monitor this on future inspections and raise jobs as required once we have more information from the cyclical cleanse. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • It hasn't been cleaned for years, unless you can show otherwise. Obviously you aren't cleaning it regularly enough or it wouldn't back up. When is the cleanse scheduled for?
