Verge in front of Hedwig House

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2841432.

Multiple large rocks positioned 10cm from edge of highway.

I have hit 1 and damaged my car .

These rocks were reported 3 years ago and enforcement action was actioned early 2023.

Why are these rocks still here. USELESS highways department and legal team.

I await the statutory fob off reply. They normally class rocks as debris that has fell onto the verge. As if.....

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation. Thank you for reporting this matter.
