Tree has fallen over, it is hanging over the footway on Cherry Holt Road and the conservatory to the rear of number 2 Grosvenor Avenue.

I reported this on a telecon call 13:00hrs and was told someone would contact me immediately due to the risk and issues this has caused. I have followed up with an email and another call, which followed over 2 years of writing to the council stating that the trees were posing a dangerous risk. The evidence sent in showed the tree to be rotten and the council stated there wasn’t a problem with the tree. I have another causing subsidence to my property and here we are with an issue that could have been avoided.
The councils total lack of communication, lack of risk management and total disregard to the taxpayer and council tax payer ie people who pay the existence of the council is astonishing! I am not sure what has to happen to get someone to act on these issues!!
