Sunken surface water drainage cover bouncing vehicles

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2841448.

Surface water drainage cover sunken and rattling as vehicles travel past. Anglian water suggested this was highways. On b1189, junction with Fen Road
