  • Its blocked. It's full of detritus. It hasn't been cleaned. We pay you to clean our drains keep our roads safe. This work has not been carried out and yet we are still being charged for it. It is clearly in a state of disrepair

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we've inspected and acknowledge that this gully/system is blocked, but because it is not causing a serious highway safety or property flooding issue we will not be ordering work at this time. Furthermore, the annual cleanse of the system is due to be undertaken shortly Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • It shouldn't be blocked in the first place, if maintained correctly. (Our council tax hasn't decreased which it should have done if you aren't carrying out regular cleanses)

Your response is a contradiction, you aren't scheduling work but a cleanse (work) is due to be undertaken shortly?
