Poor repair, all was done was tarmac chucked down & tapped with a shovel.

There was no mention that this was a temporary repair when you marked it as fixed? When you did a temporary repair on newmarket, you noted that it was a temporary repair. Is your response today a little white line, as you have been caught out carrying out a substandard job? Please elaborate.
