Pavement between Eastlands and Halcyon
Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 12:18, Tuesday 29 April 2025
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2842549.
Complaint was made to the parish council that the footpath is crumbling, quite badly in places, causing people to slip and lose their footing. This is a well used stretch of path close to a public footpath and next to the primary school.

We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the footway condition and at this time it does not require urgent repair. However we have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme because we prioritise these schemes based on condition compared with the rest of the County footway network and the resources available to us each year. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.
