Highways Land/verge adjacent to Shornmead

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Road/Pavement) category anonymously at 15:38, Tuesday 29 April 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2842575.

The north-western boundary to the property Shornmead, Mill Lane, Scamblesby LN11 9XP shown on the Land Registry Plan LL344761 is delineated in the first photo by the fence (Aug 2022). During the Spring of 2025, the property owner appears to have created a gravel parking space for their personal use, and have adopted the Highways Land/verge into their garden by encircling the area by a low stone wall (see photos 2 & 3 April 2025)
