  • We are sorry but we are not taking action with this report because our officers have attended this location recently on two occasions and no foul odour could be identified. Please note it would be unlikely for the source of the odour to be a roadside gully, which serves to drain surface water from the highway and is not currently blocked. Our Officers have also noted that the gully cover is slightly defective, but are satisfied that it does not present a safety issue to road users or risk to property at this location. Thank you for reporting this matter.
