At the crossing over the Barnardos entrance, the hedge side edge of tactile crossing point has fallen. This has caused a lateral drop of 30mm, which caused me to roll my ankle. The street lighting is not great at night, so it’s difficult to see the drop. I noticed the defect on 27 April when it caused me injury, but it may have been for a long time before

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
