The alley between Freiston road and Elizabeth road (entrance at Vauxhall care home )

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843222.

The whole path down the alleyway is uneven, broken and dangerous. Taking a wheelchair down here is impossible or pram, and I myself have rolled my ankle on the uneven surface. Also needs a dog poo bin to encourage people to use it given the amount of faeces often down here. Also lots of rubbish
