  • We’re going to sort out the issue as part of our next cycle of works. That means we will include this when we next cut the grass or treat the weeds in your area. We cut the grass three times a year in April/May, June/July and September/October. We treat any weeds twice a year between April and October.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve had a look and put the path into the siding programme of works. That means the path will be cleaned up and put back to it’s full width. It may take some time to complete these works as they will be put in the programme to be carried out during the winter, so please bear with us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
