Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843452.
Two double pot holes on left hand side travelling in the direction from Welton to Spridlington, a Bent wheel and a new tyre were required, only just found out how to report it, happened in February, both are around 2 foot long and are still there today
