Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843466.
There is a sandbag on South St Junction pavement - left behind from a recent road closure sign. This is a serious trip hazard and totally unsightly. Please arrange to remove it.

You'll need it for diverting water when the roads flood due to the council not cleaning our drains as they should do, and as they are paid to do. Unfortunately, many road signs etc are flytipped (or "left") When the work is finally done. No one is held accountable for the waste of money.
