Grass not cut previously

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843488.

While you say the grass will be cut between 19 May and 23 June I suspect that on previous cutting schedule it has been missed because the length of the grass at far end is now two feet high. Was it meant to have been cut previously this year and was missed. Other verges also marked in yellow close by have been cut previously this year so why not Towell Close.
