Manning Road, Bourne. Overgrowing plants obstructing pavement.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843489.

A narrow section of pavement outside the Openreach premises is obstructed by overgrown bushes. It affects anything with four wheels, ( wheelchair, mobility scooter e.t.c.) There is quite a lot of traffic on this particular bit of road so that going off the pavement is not really an option. This happens every year.
