Overgrown folliage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843496.

The hedgerow on side of footpath has become overgrown again. Near 40mph speed sign and telegraph pole. Turning right out of Rawsons Lane or straight over for Pilleys lane has become dangerous. Visibility is blocked by foliage. This junction has had many accidents. One fatal. The 40 speed limit is not working. Most motorists doing at least 50!!!!!!!!
