Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843500.

Large asbestos buildings falling down. Frequent breaks down further during every bit of bad weather. On going issue for many years but recently has become a lot worse. Must be causing damage to local wildlife and causing pollution
