Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2843591.

Ref: 433428, Council ref: 447184. There is but one branch showing signs of life in this diseased oak tree previously notified to you under the above reference. I remain concerned with regards to it close proximity to my house should it fall. I would be grateful if matters could be reviewed. Kind regards, Simon Rhys-Davies.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the tree still shows signs of vitality after recent pollarding. We will re assess in July 2026, Thank you for reporting this matter.
