  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the footway condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require further action, due to the very low likelihood of injury from the defect, which is not in a position in the footway that pedestrians might reasonably be expected to pass over. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action

  • This is a well used footway for employees on the trading estate and this particular footway is heavily used to access the cars parked across the road. Injury is imminent but if you are denying fault and an injury arises this has been logged in my email if required.

    State changed to: Open
