Area of hedging around 'village green''

Reported via desktop in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 09:45, Tuesday 13 May 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843698.

The hedging, including an elder tree, is beginning to encroach on the highway. Is this are the responsibility of LCC or the local Parish Meeting, to have trimmed back seasonally. Please advise.
