There is a deep and dangerous ditch which has been correctly identified as a hazard and marked with reflective bollards. These have all been flattened by LCC hedge & verge cutting contractors who will not raise their cutting bars. Two cars have gone into this area of ditch last winter, and the bollards need re-instating asap. I report this as Clerk to Stapleford Parish Meeting.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
