Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

We have run into a small snag with our investigation and asked the reporter to update this report with some more detail. Once this is received we will progress our investigation.

I have taken photo but won’t let me upload any more, there are edges up all over the area you walk up the street there are many edges up ,, there may be cctv from walnut care on the high street as they have a camera that looks straight down the street, as it was bank holiday Monday and no one around when I tripped . Incidentally another lady tripped on Tuesday in same are but she has facial injuries and broke her hand

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
