Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843863.
LCC streetlighting are formulating works to replace a lighting column following an RTC where to column was removed to make safe. In the planning it is now realised that a highways overgrowth will prevent the column replacement. LCC street lighting respectfully request that local highway please arrange to have this highways overgrowth cleared so that the works can be programmed.
The Engineer driving the replacement works is Mr David Bisby.
