Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2843886.
Blockage fed by serious water leak in ten foot at rear of properties. Reported in the past which led to a partial collapse of the right of way. Retaining walls of some yards now in danger of collapse as water is constantly flowing.
