Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2844311.
Water connection in January 2025 across the road causes heavy shockwaves through my property every time a large van/lorry passes over it. Ie every 5 mins - especially bad at night. Little to see on the road surface but I attach a copy of the report from a vibration meter in my house as a lorry passes over. 5 months of no sleep - I have now had enough!
