Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2844423.
These, inadequate, imho, new bollards were put in about a week ago ( reported in paper a few months ago they were putting back in, as never should have been taken out). Someone has removed the lock part on both bollards, meaning they can now be put flat by anybody. Before this, Some cars had already been driving on part of the pavement to get through.It won’t be long before people find out about the damage, and cars will be once again driving through. The same sort of sturdy bollards which were in previously should have been installed - and 3 of them as before. Please fix this problem, before once again we have more near misses or a full on accident on this narrow piece of service road.
