Drain still blocked only 2 weeks after flowline visit

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2844890.
Why is this drain still blocked when flowline visited here less than 2 weeks ago? Perhaps an investigation is required as one on brackenborough road is the same, are they actually carrying out work?

It doesn't need discussing. Why waste money on meetings. Our drains need regular maintenance. You need to take this up with flowline, wasting money from the public purse.
