Hello, Looking at this bollards doesn't seems to be fitted by council. The top of the metal its quite sharp and people can be injured. This bollards are not properly visible ,and in the dark people can trip and fall , especially people who cycling. At the bottom of the bollards are also some metal parts sticking out few inches and again pedestrians can hurt or be injured by this . Please have a look at this issue . Also the black car is parked on the road obstructing the bicycles getting through the bollards safe. Thank you very much !

We’re sending you this message to let you know that the bollards are legitimate, they are part of the planning permission for the development and must be in place. We are looking at whether additional 'dead end' signage is appropriate.Thank you for reporting this matter.
