Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2844975.
Both drains are blocked and it's causing a flood in the pavement and in the road, the water isint draining into either drain that are opposite each other and it's causing a tidal surge towards my property every time a car passes through, it's a very busy thoroughfare as it is and I believe both drains to be heavily blocked

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
