Alley between Hervey Rd and Wesley Close

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2845238.

Overhanging branches of tree. Tree not in any neighbouring gardens but in the alley. Weeds also a problem as now many are waist height preventing access for those with pushchairs and wheelchairs etc.
