Blocked drain problem

Council ref: 4204109.

Caller has rung to state that the drain is still full of tarmac. Contractors have lied if they have stated this has been done. Jane is happy for contact to meet at site to show them.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the drainage system was only recently re-constructed, and there is no debris in the gullies as far as we could see. If the issue remains please report this again and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.
