Barriers left around manhole since February. Previously reported ref 2836476.

No response to request for update so reported again.

  • I said in my first report that BT openreach said that it was nothing to do with them! Why has it taken LCC over 4 months to refer back to me to contact Openreach?Surely you are in a better position to refer direct to Openreach? I have tried and am not happy about going round in circles as it’s impossible to use email to contact them or send a copy of works ticket. I’ll generate another report as FixmyStreet doesn’t seem to action updates.
