This work has still not been done. Every time there is significant rain there is a flood across the road. The job was issued on 18 July so after 3 months why has this not been completed

There was yet another flood across the road at this junction a few days ago. How is it possible that a job like this which had a job issued in July has still not been resolved 4 months later. This is appalling service from County Highways
