This ‘box’, along with the one on the A15 to the north of the village of Morton, has failed to be activated since installation in April. It is inside a 30mph maximum speed zone, so should be activated when vehicles approach it at a speed deemed to be ‘speeding’, but it remains “off”.///trend.awestruck.strain. (It on the side of the northbound lane of A15)
