Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2846245.

Dangerous driver mounted the island on the junction, drove over the middle completely oblivious to it being there dragging the bollard under her car pulling it from the bolts, then merrily drove off on her way as though nothing had happened.

Please contact me via email for driver details to reimburse the cost of repair.

Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.
