Seems to be blocked with compacted soil and leaves, not allowing the water in the gulley in front of the bus shelter to drain away when it rains. Not sure how long it’s been blocked for but must be several months as it’s full up to the top.

  • Thank you for your report. We've inspected and acknowledge that this gully/system is blocked, but because it is not causing a serious highway safety or property flooding issue we will not be ordering work at this time. These gullies are on an annual cleanse program which is due in August. Thank you for reporting this matter.
