Tenants or owners of property on the corner have cut hedges and left all the debris across the footpath and on the garlands verge which is making it difficult to walk on the footpath with a pushchair or wheelchair. It’s also all blowing into the road with the strong winds we are experiencing

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. It appears that the majority of debris would have been removed with some not being within Lincolnshire County Council liability zone We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation. Thank you for reporting this matter.
