The car wash sign obstructs the view of the road, making it difficult to see oncoming traffic when driving from Edison Court. This can potentially result in an accident.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We’re sending you this message to let you know that a Highways Officer has visited the site and spoke directly to the people working at the car wash, after some discussion they agreed to move the from the highway. We will check the site again in a weeks time. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Despite the highway officer visited this site and spoke to the owner in order to remove this sign, no action has been taken by the owner of the car wash and sign still present and obstructing the view making it difficult to see oncoming traffic from the junction. We have had several accidents over the last year at this junction which could have been avoided

Despite numerous contacts there was no change in sign location. The was almost a crash between a bike and a car doe to obstructed visibility. Please act swiftly in order to reposition the sign that obstructing the view from the junction.
