Overgrown hedge and tree

7 Two Plank Lane, Spalding, I am getting concerned that the tree at the front of my property is getting dangerously close to my house and may cause damage. The hedge at the front of the property is also very overgrown and leaning into my property’s fence. Both the tree and hedge are situated on Two Plank Lane and not on my land. Can you please advise as I would like both the hedge and tree cutting back before they cause any damage to my property?
