31 West Road, Bourne, PE10 9PS

Reported via desktop in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 13:49, Fri 13 June 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2846673.

The driver of a car that was 'momentarily' distracted (!) lost control of her car, mounted the pavement/grass verge and has demolished the 'elderly people' warning sign and post on the grass verge outside 31 West Road, Bourne. I believe this is the second or third time in a decade or so that drivers have somehow left the road and demolished the sign on this particular site! Date and time of incident: Friday, 13 June at approximately 13.25h.

  • There is still no sign on the post as per your own photos! How is this classed as 'fixed' for the second time?

  • Still no sign on that new pole. It's been like this for two months now. When can we expect the sign to be put on the pole?
