• We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because an officer has been and assessed and no further action will be taken at this time as the defects doesn't meet the County Councils intervention criteria at this time, however we do carry out regular safety inspections in line with council policy. In the meantime if the defect gets any worse please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for reporting this matter.
