Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2846699.

I recently contacted you regarding a tree - report reference number: 2845297. You have responded stating “Thanks for letting us know about the issue. In this case the trees are not on one of the roads we look after”. However, you have dealt with this tree previously - see report reference number: 2804565, where you stated “All done! The work’s finished and the issue is now resolved. Thank you for contacting us about this. Your report has meant that we can focus our effort where it’s needed most. State changed to: Fixed” Please clarify whether you are dealing with this matter (2845297) or not Thank you

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. The tree is on private land so we would not do any works to this unless it was a danger to the public, which this isn't. The previous enquiry was regarding a trip hazard on the footway which has been resolved. Thank you for reporting this matter.
