Water leak outside 21-23 Victoria Terrace

This water leak was first reported on March 11th to Anglian Water (Ref No.27209088). We were told that work was late starting as a permit to dig had not been obtained. Since 22 May it has been marked off as job closed. The work has not even been started. Please can something be done about this waste of water ASAP.
