On Paddock Grove
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2846794.
There hasn't been a cover on this street light for years and has been taped up. I have recently seen some children start picking at the tape to see what is beneath it which I believe is a hazard. Can a cover please be put on this?
