Right outside 30 Harvey Kent gardens..
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2846874.
The holes are only half done..I have spoken to the people carrying out the work... they have stated they are only allowed to do the work marked out otherwise they would not get paid...all of them said it all needs ripping up and doing it properly...it looks a complete mess..I uploaded 9 photos but this forum doesn't allow more than three.. which is not helpful..
