We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Whilst the County Council recognises the deterioration in the exist footway and vehicle access, we are afraid that we are not acting further on your enquiry. Historical survey data shows the area in question as grass verge between 2 narrow driveways/vehicle crossings where the property owner has historically crossed the verge section illegally with their vehicle to enter their property. Essentially creating a double driveway where there was only a single. The customer is advised to apply to widen their vehicle access legally at their own cost using following Link The County Council Website https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/ licences-permits/ apply-dropped-kerb/ 5. Thank you for reporting this matter.
