Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert problem

Requesting AJET be assigned to job, currently assigned to Flowline as 5821815 and at 0195. Job is continuation of 5801080 (ditches dredged on south of CW, but pond dredging and culvert cleansing / repair aborted due to contaminated water (foul) and marked as complete). Issue ongoing since early 2024.
Job description as follows:
MW - VERGES & DITCHES - DGOY - EAST Overflowing pond area on north side of CW requires dredging, as not draining, resulting in full CW flooding. Culvert is expected to be found under CW between pond area and south side of CW: please expose culvert on pond side. Please use 7.5ton truck to remove contaminated (foul) materials and dispose of accordingly, and avoid / minimise movement of these materials through culvert and into ditch on opposite side. If culvert found, please confirm is working or collapsed, and flush if possible. If collapsed, please update records and a new job will be raised to replace the culvert, and reinstate along with larger patch repairs for deteriorated CW surface. Note: Drainage ditch on south side of CW has already been dredged under job 5801080 before work stopped due to contamination of pond water. TM: no-through road; access to 3 properties only beyond work area with minimal traffic flow. Please use 'TEMPORARY OBSTRUCTION - 15 MINUTES DELAY' boards positioned at beginning of work area, with field entrance next to work area to be used to allow thoroughfare as / when required.
